Dream Big Ownership was created out of a deep desire to build something better. After nearly two decades in the retail mortgage industry, I saw too many limitations placed on both families and loan officers. Families deserved wiser guidance for one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives, and loan officers deserved a model that gave them more freedom, more opportunity, and the ability to truly build something of their own.

After experiencing firsthand the instability and lack of control that can come from building inside someone else’s company, I knew it was time to create a different path. Dream Big Ownership was founded on faith, integrity, ownership, and the belief that people are called to more. Our mission is to help families build stronger futures through wise mortgage guidance while empowering loan officers to dream bigger, reach higher, and build stronger families, lasting wealth, and meaningful careers.
